PWO1-Day 3

Air get ups or the TGU's as fast as you can complete 20 total sets in the following order:

10 right arm knee up
10 left arm knee up
9 right arm knee up
9 left arm knee up,
8 R, 8L, 7 R, 7L.....all the way down to 1R and 1L
