PWO1-Day 7

10 rounds of alternating

pushups: 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20
Air squats: 40,36,32,28,24,20,16,12,8,4

  1. about 15 minutes, I really worked on my form with the squats. I used a wall behind me and at the bottom of the squat my butt was pushed back against the wall. Legs were below parallel. No problem with push ups.

  2. Still a couple behind but the hand healed up so I'm good to go.
    14:19 and did some sledge work after.
