3 tuck jumps (modify to jumps onto a step or 20 step ups onto the same step)
plank (30 second hold)
5 diamond pushups

Long day on Saturday, did not get the 20 minutes in. Tried on Sunday but was just as tired. Got 15 rounds through in 13 minutes and stopped. I will do POW day 4 and 5 on Monday along with some hang clings or thrusters......
