Healthy Focus /WOD 09/17/2009

AFAP
2 sets
10 Supermans (alternating opposite arm and leg)
20 Push ups / wall pushups
30 rows single arm rows with light resistance (15 right arm, 15 left arm)


Hold each superman for 3-10 seconds building to a 20 second hold.
