AFAP

4 sets

5 pull ups (jumping pull ups will work too!)
10 push ups
20 mountain climbers
25 bicycles
30 alternating lunges

    mountain climbers and bicycles counted (L)(R)as one rep, lunges counted each leg as a number

    Fast workout, need a little more, worked on Bench, split squats, situps on physio ball
