KB #35 Clean and press
As many reps as possible.

KB must hit the ground and then arm at full extension over head. You can partition the lifts anyway you desire. Example, left arm 10, right arm 10, left arm 9, right arm 9, etc.

Five minutes of effort at your maximum.

Record total repetitions
