WOD 09/29/2009

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:

95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

  1. Good work out, I completed 8 or 9 sets, lost track was breathing too hard. Really slowed after set 5, bar was very slippery and almost dropped several times on the high pulls.
