Healthy Focus WOD 10/04/2009

10 sets of:

3 minutes of walking
1 minute of running

That will be forty minutes of exercise. Please record how you feel and how the running or faster walking felt for the one minute.

  1. i'm am taking the day off of healthy focus WOD since i had kickboxing. i got cardio & a little strength training in there. i actually went out & bought a kettlebell today (15#) & 7.5# hand weights. hopefully, i will stay motivated!
