Healthy Focus WOD 10/05/2009

AFAP
15 minute walk

25 push ups
50 step ups
50 rear lunges
50 supermans (3 second hold)
50 situps /crunches
25 push ups

5 minute walk

Do not let that number "50" scare you! Go after it one set after the next. Do not move to the next exercise until all 50 reps are completed. You can take as many breaks during that set of 50 you need until you complete the set.

  1. OMG - i don't know what hurts worse - my abs, my @$$ or my thighs! Now - on the step ups i just stepped on & off @ 8" platform 50 times (there was no ex. so i just punted). on the rear lunges i did each leg 25 X - hope that was right!

  2. You rock Jacki!! Great job. I am sorry I did not have a video for an example, we did that once before and I explained it then. I should have done that again. What you did and completed works perfect. To progress that workout you can step faster or make that step larger. Awesome job, and you were right with 25 x each leg. Tomorrow will be a walk day, walk those aches off!
