As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
Record total number of times through the rotation.

Did a variation of this one Wednesday. Basically the guts of half-Murph. 10rds afap.
ReplyDeleteRough day, I did this on Sunday morning, my goal was 20 times but not today, I made 14 sets plus, 5 pullups, 10 pushups.
