WOD 10/02/2009

Many of these will workout will have names attached; let me introduce you to "Cindy."

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

Record total number of times through the rotation.

  2. Rough day, I did this on Sunday morning, my goal was 20 times but not today, I made 14 sets plus, 5 pullups, 10 pushups.
