OK - i did yesterday's WOD plus i did today's WOD. what in God's name was I thinking? It took me almost 45 min to do yesterday's (i don't have a clock downstairs) so i had to keep checking my stopwatch. today's WOD i only walked 5 ran 1 walked 4 ran 2 then realized i could only run 2 minutes straight :( so i alternated walking/running for the whole time! oh well, my legs are screamin'! :)
ReplyDeleteDo what you can do, but remember we have been building. Give yourself some credit, as long as you are not in "pain" try to run a little longer. It will be challenging but you can do it!
