Healthy Focus WOD 10/07/2009

In the effort to keep changing up the routine we are going to switch around our running and walking. Tomorrow is a rest day so lets push it today.

20 minutes of effort

2 min of a faster pace walk or run
1 min slower pace recover and big breaths through mouth and nose

  2. Ummm, I am home now from my work out and its 8:11 . No times Jackie, you get it in or will it be tomorrow?

    Looks like its only you and me with the chatter.....lol. I just did the last two workouts.....tired and hungry. If there were cookies here I would be eating them, so glad there are none!!
