Healthy Focus WOD 10/29/2009

AFAP

20 minute walk/RUN; get as much gound or distance covered as you can in 20 minutes
25 squat walkout pushups

When doing those push ups remember that core strength; pull up those abs and tighen the glutes! Your back should be nice and flat.

  2. I would have NOT concentrated on my glutes & abs but I did - that made them harder but still OK. I didn't work out til bout 9 pm - is that all right?

  3. Hey Jackie, I am sorry about the delayed response. Anytime is good. I believe in strength building a later workout finishing up with a protein shake or something can be beneficial.
