WOD 10/16/2009

Deadlift:

5-5-4-4-4
Begin with some warm up sets and begin to add the weight. Try to continue to add weight through the 5th set

AMRAP 20 Minutes:

12 Walking Lunges #25
9 Kettlebell Swings #70
6 Kettlebell Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls #70
